- repair of an electric dryer
- repair and restoration of a historic fireplace mantle and chimney surround after damage by a fire and firefighters
- new shingles and clapboards on a garage
- new drywall and paint in a basement after flood damage
- installation of microwave oven/exhaust hood
- fabrication and installation of an entryway door sill in an 1850’s home
